The Spin 7 is Acer’s top tier series of convertible laptops. Although I don’t think it has vastly superior performance to the company’s less expensive model, the Spin 5, the looks, build quality and exquisite feel are worth the premium. Today, I’ll be talking about the Acer Spin 7 SP714-51-M4YD.
One of the best laptop series to be released in 2016, Acer’s Swift line, has just received a notable hardware update. The Acer Swift 3 SF314-51-50CX is the successor of the popular and well-received 52W2 model I’ve covered in a previous review.
Lenovo’s 2-in-1 convertible notebook series has just been refreshed with a couple of new models. The Lenovo Flex 4 80VD0007US model I’ll review today is a sturdy, mid-range touch enabled convertible laptop that comes with good hardware and plenty of features for a sub $750 laptop (as of 11/1/2016).
The new Swift series from Acer have already hit the shelves as a direct response to ASUS’s and Dell’s successful ultrabooks. The Acer Swift 3 SF314-51-52W2 model is the most affordable one, with Swift 5 and Swift 7 models aiming towards a more premium oriented customer base.
