Acer Aspire 5 A515-54G-53H6: Short Review & Tech Specs
The newly launched Acer Aspire 5 A515-54G-53H6 is the successor of the widely popular and affordable A515-54-51DJ model we have reviewed earlier this year. This is not an update per se, but an upgrade altogether.
ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo UX581 Review (UX581GV-XB74T)
Named by ASUS as “the laptop of tomorrow”, the ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo Ux581 is a notable mobile workstation. Not necessarily because of its specs alone, but also thanks to its iconic design. You can either love it, or hate it. There’s no middle ground. Personally, I think this layout (keyboard on bottom, two screens on top) works well, but only in the context of a workstation, where you’re more than likely to work with either a mouse or a stylus.
MSI PS63 Modern-096 Laptop Review
There’s one more addition to MSI’s already impressive lineup of laptops. It’s called the MSI PS63 Modern-096, and it’s an interesting device. Not because it’s the next notebook icon. Rather, what makes it great is its wide range of usage scenarios and mobility. It will handle daily tasks, photo and video editing jobs, number crunching, coding, gaming, streaming 4K content, you name it. All that on the go, for just under $1000 (price available at the time of this review).
MSI WS65 9TM-857 Mobile Workstation Review
MSI have brought to light the new WS65 mobile workstation series. They’re powerful, ready to tackle everything a pro designer or engineer will throw at them, and they’re ridiculously expensive. Today I’m looking at the MSI WS65 9TM-857 model, which features some serious hardware options, but costs about as much as a second hand car.
ASUS TUF Gaming FX505GT Review (TUF505GT-AH73)
ASUS have just rolled out their new ASUS TUF Gaming FX505GT line-up, which features both AMD and Intel powered gaming notebooks. The model I’ll be reviewing today, the ASUS TUF505GT-AH73 is fitted with an Intel Core i7 processor. If value for money and hardware components were the only defining factors in how we buy our notebooks, than the ASUS TUF would be king in its price range. Affordable, powerful and future-proof, it does come with a handful of drawbacks, as well.
